How It Works

Purchase this Custom Order Listing to reserve your spot in our design queue.

Your $20 design fee covers the custom design process.

Once the design process begins, you’ll work directly with Sarah-Kate via email until it’s designed perfectly for you!

After your design is finalized, the cost of your item will be invoiced separately and must be paid before production starts.

Production time is currently 2–3 weeks from final design approval.

Shipping
Orders over $200 will ship FREE!
We ship out all in stock non personalized items within 2-3 business days of your purchase. Monday - Friday, except holidays. Personalized items will be shipped within 5-10 business days.
Standard Shipping (orders under $200): $6.99- Flat Rate Shipping
Standard Shipping (orders over $200): Free Shipping
Expedited Shipping (2-5 Business Days): $12.99
Express Shipping (1-3 Business Days): $17.99
Almost all orders with Standard Shipping will ship via USPS, which usually takes 3-8 business days. Please choose the Expedited or Express options if you need your order to arrive earlier. The delivery times for Expedited Shipping & Express Shipping apply once your order has left our store.
Your order will typically arrive in one package, however if you have pre-order items in your order, those items will ship by the specified date or when they become available.
Please note that if your order contains personalized items they require a production time of 5-10 business day before they ship.
Once an order is in the hands of the carrier, they are responsible for missing, lost or damaged packages. Please confirm your address prior to placing your order to avoid errors. Threaded Oaks is not responsible for missing or lost packages or packages delivered to wrong addresses once it has been shipped. Refunds will not be given.
Expedited & Express shipping delivery times apply once your order has left our warehouse.
Local Pick-Up
Local Pick-up is available in Henderson County, KY. When the local pick-up options is selected at checkout, you will receive an email when your order is ready with pick-up instructions.
Pre-Order Shipping
Pre-ordered products are items that you pay for at the time of service but that are not shipped to you until 4-8 weeks later. Pre-orders are products that are paid for at the time of purchase and shipped 4-8 weeks later. You will receive confirmation of the ship date via email once the date is finalized after the pre-order concludes. If you purchase both pre-order products and in stock products then your order may be shipped in multiple packages.
RETURNS
Due to the custom nature of our clothing, we do not accept returns or exchanges and all sales are final.
Please be sure to double-check our size guide before you purchase. If you have questions about sizing, please let us know!
If your order arrives incomplete, incorrect, damaged or defective please contact us at support@threadedoaks.com within 7 days of receiving your order so we can help.
Defective items must be returned within 10 business days from delivery date. Items must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition in which received with the tag attached. Returns will be issued in the form of store credit which you will receive via email.
We have many monogram options and we want to help ensure you are designing the perfect custom item for your little one.
Monogram Guide:
Traditional Monogram: First (A), Last (C), Middle (B). Pictured as ACB above.
Stacked Monogram: First inital stacked on top of middle initial with a large last initial. Pictured as A stacked over B with a large C.
Block/Straight Monogram: First, Middle, Last. Pictured above as ABC.
