General
Here at Threaded Oaks every collection is rooted in scripture. This means that every clothing item will arrive with a corresponding scripture card to help you teach your kids God’s Word. Our Called By Name Collection, For This Child I Prayed Collection and any Threaded Oaks branded clothing will come with scripture stitched onto the garment.
We believe this is a fun and intentional way to teach your kids God’s Word, encourage your kids to teach others and an amazing way to pray scripture over your child each day.
Here at Threaded Oaks this is the most important part of our business. We hope every scripture helps you and your children to be Rooted Well in Jesus in the midst of your daily life.Â
At this time, we are not accepting personal items to embroider. You may always reach out and contact us with a custom project.
If you would like to customize items or designs beyond what is available on our website, please reach out. We most likely will be able to accommodate small changes.
We love embroidery and we are passionate that you love your embroidered item too! Every embroidered item you order will come with a digital proof. This will be a digital mock-up of the item and thread colors for you better see exactly what you are ordering.
An email with your proof will be sent to the email address used to place the order and a confirmation will need to be received from you within 24 hours. If we do not receive any feedback or confirmation during that time we will proceed with your order.
Our Called By Name and For This Child I Prayed Collections is where your creativity can really flow and you can utilize our designs and fonts to create the perfect item for your child.
If you easily get overwhelmed with lots of choices, you are feeling hesitant with your design choices or you would rather the decisions be made for you: all of our other collections have a more limited design selection with limited customization choices.
If you cannot find what you are looking for or you would like a design that we do not have listed on our website, please order a Custom Design (you can search this on the website). By purchasing this item, you are placing yourself in our custom design cue. The cost of this item goes toward the design fee and cost of the item you would like designed. Yes, if you reach out to info@threadedoaks.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled past the 24 hour window.
Shipping
Orders over $200 will ship FREE!Â
We ship out all in stock non personalized items within 2-3 business days of your purchase. Monday - Friday, except holidays.
Personalized items will be shipped within 5-10 business days. All custom products require a production time of 5-10 business days (this does not include processing or shipping). Any products that are not personalized and are not placed in an order with personalized items, will ship within 2-3 business days.
Delivery dates at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier and DO NOT account for production times, processing times, delays, or weekends. We are not responsible for the delivery delays that are the result of the shipping carrier and cannot issue refunds for packages arriving late.
Once an order is in the hands of the carrier, they are responsible for missing, lost or damaged packages. Please confirm your address prior to placing your order to avoid errors. Oak and Olive Co. is not responsible for missing or lost packages or packages delivered to wrong addresses once it has been shipped. Refunds will not be given.
Expedited & Express shipping delivery times apply once your order has left our warehouse.
Yes! This is only needed on items that have personalization added. Be sure to add the Rush Production (5 business days or less) item to your cart (you can search for this on the website). It costs $10 to rush the production of the items in your cart. The rushed production time of 5 business days or less does not include processing or shipping. If you would like to also choose rush shipping, please be sure to do that at check-out.

Returns
Due to the nature of personalized items, we do not accept returns and all sales of personalized items are final.
For all non-personalized items, we accept returns for store credit only. Return requests must be initiated within 10 days of delivery. Late returns will not be accepted. Items must be unwashed, unworn and new with tags.Â

Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed. Once it has been processed, you will receive an email with your store credit.Â
Once your return request is approved, you will receive a pre-paid return shipping label via email. Use of this label is required to return your order. A return shipping/restocking fee of $7.00 will be deducted from your refund upon receipt in our warehouse. Please retain tracking information for all shipments.
Exclusions - Hair accessories, socks, tights, bloomers, sunglasses, gift cards and all personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for return.
Pre-Order Returns - Pre-order products may be returned within 14 days of receipt as long as they meet all other return eligibility requirements.Â
We do not offer exchanges at this time. For non-personalized items, you can process a return AND at the same time place a new order to ensure the size, color and quantity needed.
